Pick-up and delivery services

  • The three facilities of the Beppu Onsen Hotel Group, Seaside Hotel Mimatsu Oetei, Tenku Yubo Seikaiso Hotel Sansenkaku, offer a free shuttle and baggage delivery service between Beppu Station and Hotel.
    Enjoy sightseeing and travelling lightly and comfortably.

1,Pick-up service(Reservation required.)

  • Please make your reservation by 8:00 PM the day before by phone, email, or at the front desk of your Hotel.

  • Departure 15:00 → Arrival 15:10 → Arrival 15:15
    Departure 16:00 → Arrival 16:10 → Arrival 16:15

【Pick-up】Kitahama Chuo Parking　→　Hotel Sansenkaku　→　Beppu Station

  • Departure 9:00 → 9:05 → Arrival 9:20
    Departure 9:30 → 9:35 → Arrival 9:50
    Departure 10:00 → 10:05 → Arrival 10:20
  • ※Seaside Hotel Mimatsu Oetei Tenku Yubo Seikaiso are about a 1-minute walk from Kitahama Chuo Parking.

  • Shuttle bus boarding and disembarking location

    In front of the Yuya Kumahachi statue at the east exit JR Beppu Station
  • 1. Exit Beppu Station from the East Exit.
  • 2. There will be a large statue of "Aburaya Kumahachi" right in front of you, so please wait nearby.
    　　A shuttle will come to the rotary to pick you up.
  • ※If you need to contact the shuttle bus on the day, for example, if you will not be able to make it to the pick-up time, please contact us using the details below.〈Emergency contact information for transportation〉090-0000-0000
    ※You will be riding with other passengers.Please understand.

2,Baggage delivery service(No reservation required)

  • Please leave your luggage at the front desk of the baggage storage facility (Hotel Fujiyoshi) by 2:00 PM.
    You can pick it up at your Hotel when you check in (from 3:00 PM).
  • Please leave your luggage at the front desk of your Hotel by 10am.
    You can pick up your luggage at the baggage storage (Hotel Fujiyoshi) after 11:00 AM.
  • 1. When you exit the West Exit Beppu Station, you will see the exterior of Hotel Fujiyoshi immediately to your right.
  • 2. Walk towards Hotel Fujiyoshi and cross the crosswalk.
  • 3. There is a yellow sign for "Baggage Storage" at the entrance.
  • 4. Drop off or pick up your luggage at the front desk.
